1. Firmware Update
To ensure the optimum performance of your equipment(s), all serviced equipment will be updated to the latest firmware. If you DO NOT accept such service, please inform our customer service representative.
2. Image Sensor Cleaning Service
Due to the image sensor cleaning service of Digital camera is not covered by the warranty terms, a service fee will be charged as listed below.

3. Inspection Fees
Please be advised that customers are requested to pay an inspection fee listed below in advance for all repair services. This amount will be deducted from the final repair charges and customers are requested to pay the balance of the repair charges upon collection of repaired items. However, if the repair is rejected after quotation is given, no refund will be entertained.
No instant inspection and quotation services are provided.

4. Auto Focus Inspection
- Inspection service for cameras and lenses CANNOT be done instantly
