Completing the product warranty registration at www.nikonwarranty.com.hk within 30 days from the date of purchase is required before purchase Nikon Care service.
Nikon Care service must be purchased within 60 days from purchase date of the product(s).
Above stated benefit(s) will only be provided to the registered product model with the specified serial number.
Parallel imported products or products not purchased from Nikon or our authorized dealers in Hong Kong or Macau are not eligible to apply for Nikon Care Service.
Nikon Care Service is only applicable to the product(s) with the model and serial number stated on the confirmation letter. Customer has to present the relevant document, original sales invoice and warranty card (s) to our customer service representative to enjoy the services. Copies are not accepted.
Extended one-year warranty and the stated benefits are provided by Nikon Hong Kong Limited.

Technical consultancy service must be made by appointment and each session is up to 30 minutes.
Nikon Care Service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
